A restaurant in Mexico City has been shut down after it started selling a 500 pesos (£21) taco made with a scorched tarantula, rather than the usual seasoned beef. However, the Mexican red rump tarantula is listed as an endangered species, leading to authorities to seize a number of spiders and close the restaurant.
